A graduate of Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA,  Amber received her BFA in Theatrical Lighting Design in May of 2012.

While based in Seattle, Amber worked with companies such as The Village Theater, Seattle Theater Group, and ArtsWest Playhouse. In 2012 she received a Broadway World nomination for her work on the North-West premiere of Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson with Artswest

Later that same year Amber became the Head Lighting Designer & Operator for Celebrity Cruise Lines.  While working with Celebrity, Amber had the pleasure of designing, programming, and operating different full length and spectacular shows each evening.  As head of her department, she was also in charge of all theatrical and architectural lighting on board, the operation and upkeep of three professional Vegas Style productions, and the overall responsibility of maintaining the highest quality entertainment standards at sea.

In December 2015 Amber moved to Montréal, Quebec, and in 2017 earned the right to live and work freely across Canada. Since then Amber has had the privilege of working with companies such as The Stratford Festival, The Shaw Festival, Mirvish Productions, and Cirque Du Soleil.

Amber is a proud member of the Associate Designers of Canada (ADC) IATSE Local 659 as well as L’Association des Professionnels des Arts de la Scène du Québec (APASQ).
